WHY OUR PUB IS GREAT
A traditional family friendly pub experience is what you’ll find at The Mount Pleasant.
We’ve created a warm, friendly atmosphere for everyone in your clan, and a menu that’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Come and sample our legendary traditional carvery, washed down with choice cask ales, great wines, or cool draught beers. Or go for something from a menu of good old-fashioned pub grub, cooked just the way it should be.
We’re a welcoming local pub with a great social calendar. Get your sports fix at The Mount Pleasant, where we show matches regularly on our two large screens or sit out in the beer garden, when the weather is nice.
With Earl Play Area just across the road, our pub is dog-friendly, so we welcome all our guests to bring their furry friends with them.
